Join us for our After-Hours Opening Reception on Saturday!
Meander garden pathways through dappled shade cast by the fresh leafing of storm-ravaged trees and spot…sculpture!
Nature has not been benign in recent months, but spring rains bring renewal and the return of “Art in the Garden” with artistic expressions emphasizing harmony with nature. These works are earth-friendly in the selection of materials (including recycled and natural “debris”) and themes.
The eighth annual ART in the GARDEN opens at the Key West Tropical Forest & Botanical Garden with an after-hours public reception, 4 p.m.-6 p.m., Saturday, April 28. Admission to the Opening Reception is free. You’ll have a chance to meet the artists, tour the garden and enjoy light refreshments.
Sculptures by local artists accent the natural beauty of the conservation site on Stock Island through July 31, seven days a week, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
The KW Tropical Forest & Botanical Garden is located on College Road near the light on U.S. 1, just over Cow Key Bridge on Stock Island. Call 305-296-1504 or visit keywest.garden for directions and details.
